For those taking Lipitor with Acid Reflux Disease?

Have you found that taking Lipitor has made your acid reflux worse? My hubby is trying to figure out when his reflux got worse and thinks it is when Lipitor was added to his regimen. He has stopped taking it to see if this helps. He did have a EGD that found nothing out of the ordinary.

Well for some people, different factors trigger something to make acid reflux work. I would keep a record of the different reactions that you have that triggers acid reflux. All is different for different people and you probably know all that stuff about spicy foods and chocolate and stuff.
but.. I found a site:
“Lipitor – can cause dyspepsia (of which GERD is a possible cause) in 1 to 3% of cases.”
