Hey sean sorry mate i didn’t mean to sound like a dick, i had the typical symptoms of this disease, so my doc requested an endoscopy and i have an ulcer in my duodenum, my doctor was telling me they are not very common. It confused me to hear two contradicting peices of info. anyway, love your vids and will continue to use your info and recomendations. Cheers

Hey sean thanks for the post. Its a coincidence you put this up now. I have been watching your channel for almost two years and I just went to the doctor 12-24-09 and found out I have h pylori.

Yes, I completely made the stats up. I just totally pulled them out of my ****. You caught me! :p

Apple cider vinegar helps, but it doesn’t get to the root cause of the problem. It just covers up the symptoms. The idea is to get rid of heartburn completely.

Hey Sean, I dont know if you have ever tried this or heard of people using it but ive used a tea spoon of apple cider vinagar for heart burn and stomach aches and it works everytime.

Wow, the list of symptoms is really broad!!! :)
Seems anybody can have it. I think most people have experienced these symptoms at some point in their life.

Oh well, worth looking into (getting tested; assuming there is some kinda test out there).

Hey Sean, I eat mostly whole foods in there natural state, so I eat fairly healthy. I also lift weights, but I get acid reflux like once a week but I never get any of the other symptoms you mention. Do I have H Pylori?
