Some of the symptoms of Acid Reflux are heartburn, chest pain, difficulty in swallowing and regurgitation (bringing food back up into the mouth).
It can last several months or longer if not treated. Drug treatment is often only needed for a short time although it may have to be repeated since some symptoms may re-occur.
I would say make a doctor appointment just to be safe.

I think it could be.
I was diagnosed about two years ago.
Mine started off with really bad chest pains, a burning sensation in my stomach [which was also making really strange noises], burning throat [also felt like it was closing up], it was really hard to swallow, and i was really bloated, and i was burping A LOT.
I would honestly go to your doctor about it.
Mine got so bad that I wasn’t eating because it was so hard to swallow.
A month or two on the medication and I was back to my normal habits.
I also experience dizziness and had light headed sensations, but at the same time I was diagnosed with acid reflux, I was diagnose with a panic disorder called GAD.
Hope this helped.
