Tums only work for like an hour. My doctor prescribed Prilosec but it doesnt do anything. Has anyone tried anything that works really well?
It has nothing to with my diet, I eat very healthy and exercise 4-5 times a week. Answer the question dont be an idiot and put in your own 2 cents about my life.

Maalox for quick relief or try something like the over the counter stuff taht used to be available by prescription like Tagament or Prilosec. If no relief than see a dr.

Edited: Prilosec is not a prescription medication. See another dr. if he won’t give you something a dr. needs to prescribe. What an idiot for a dr. to give you something that doesn’t work. Call him and bother him to tell him you saw him for relief not to be more miserable. It’s a lot of money to be seen and he should take you more seriously.
